PTA Movie Night is Friday, January 10th! Montevideo students are invited to watch Sing in the MPR from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Tickets are $15 and include 2 hours childcare, popcorn and a treat!.
- Snacks such as candy and cookies will be available to purchase during the night. These are not included with the tickets and must be paid in cash.
- Children are encouraged to dress comfortably (or in pajamas) and bring along their sleeping bag/blanket, water bottle, pillow, and even a stuffed animal pal to keep them cozy during the movie.
- Kids can choose their own seating for the show.
Students will not be allowed to attend Movie Night without a completed permission slip. Please complete the online permission slip for all students attending. You will be prompted to complete it before being able to check out in Future Fund.
Movie Night Rules & Guidelines
Dear Parents,
To ensure your child’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that you review the following information prior to the event.
Check-in starts promptly at 5:40 pm through the front door of the MPR, near the parking lot.
Parents/Guardians must accompany their children to the MPR and sign in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Line up by your child’s last name for easier and more efficient check-in.
- Upon check-in we will verify the emergency contact number you have provided for the evening and request any specific notes be made with regards to pick-up arrangements.
- Your child(ren) may place belongings wherever they wish to view the movie. (No chairs allowed, PLEASE)
- Electronic devices for personal entertainment are not permitted. Use of cell phones will be allowed before and after the movie only.
- Snack will be enjoyed inside.
- Outside food is not permitted unless a specific allergy is noted, and arrangements have been made prior to the event.
- Movie will start at 6:00 pm
- Movie night ends at 8:00 pm (Please be prompt in picking up your child)
- You will be required to sign your child out at the designated check-out line.
PLEASE DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING RULES WITH YOUR CHILD
- The same school RULES apply-There will be NO RUNNING in the MPR prior to, during or after the movie has ended.
- Children should use the restroom before the movie and during intermission
- Children are asked to stay in their places during the movie and raise a hand for assistance.
- If a child is disruptive during the movie, they will be given a warning to behave. If the disruptive behavior continues the child will be removed from the movie and the parent/guardian will be called to pick up their child.
